About Nate Hedrick

Nate Hedrick is a born and raised Clevelander who simply loves this city!

A licensed pharmacist by background, he became enamored with real estate in 2016 and quickly created a second career for himself. Today, he combines his passion for real estate education with his background of serving the community to personalize each individual's buying or selling experience. Nate belives that integrity and superb communication are the foundations for a great real estate agent and he carries those attributes into each transaction.

Nate serves the broader Cleveland/Akron markets and is also an active real estate investor in the area. He specializes in working with first-time home buyers, medical professionals, and real estate investors. When not showing houses or recording for his real estate podcast, you'll find Nate in the backyard or out on the trail with his wife, two daughters, and thier rescue dog.
